How to jam a TV satellite dish?

A friend needs to get rid off a neighbours satellite dish for a few reasons. Its a Sky satellite dish that his trashy neighbours have installed on the roof to watch their 1,000 channels or whatever they do. Is there a device that can jam and scramble the signal of the dish so it doesn’t work?

Every day go push it slightly to the left so it looses its signal. They were notice poor connection but think its from their receiver box. Rinse repear until they get fed up and get rid of it

What stick or pole can I use to do that? From my upstairs window I would be able to reach it with a long pole I guess, but what specific thing can I use to push it?

Here's how it will go -

1) You buy a jammer from China for $200.

2) If it doesn't get seized by customs, you get it and turn it on.

3) Your neighbors call a technician because their TV won't work.

4) The technician tests the signal and realizes it's being jammed.

5) The cops get called and you spend the next 10 years getting fukked in the ass in FDC Houston.

You'll get in less trouble if you just break off the dish and steal it - not that I would recommend that either.
Awesome reply this is initially exactly what I was looking for. What exact “jammer” am I looking for and are we talking aliexpress? What other china website. Damn, the authorities don’t like it? Can’t be that serious!

Take the front of door off of a microwave and disable the safety mechanism. Point it at satellite. Microwaves from your microwave operate at resonant frequncies of most common satellite tv networks
