Any brahs ever deal with a stiff back? (srs)
Did a back workout yesterday, and then helped a friend move some heavy equipment this morning. My left lat literally seized up while I lifted the equipment, and now it's been tense and stiff the rest of the day. I'm walking like a zombie and can only lay on my stomach. Hating life right now, as I hardly can make any movements without pain.
Any advice?

Could try holding lacrosse ball to the wall over the shoulder till you can pin the ball right where it's tight and message it. If it got strained which could cause the tightness it could make it worse though. One area could tighten to protect another and loosening it with the ball could make it worse also. U be the judge since I'm just throwing **** out there

one of them rollers, but not a "foam" roller, you want something stiffer, likehttps://www.amazon.com/321-STRONG-Fo...dp/B01FOS1WJK/
if you live next to a "five below" store, i seen some smaller ones for 5 dollars there.
can use something like a baseball or tennis ball too
the roller i can use to crack my back and is good for the spine and can still target larger muscles like the lats. A smaller ball is good for specific trigger points.
