This is why if we faced a real deadly pandemic we would all be screwed... deservedly so.

I work in getting these Dr's compliant to work, we have to adhere to a Framework set by the NHS, CCS/HTE/CPP. NHS has shot themselves in the foot with this, takes long enough to get anyone compliant.

Off the top of my head they need the below,

Valid in date RTW (Passport/BRP Card)
DBS on the update service (Fully Enhanced/No Restrictions), if they do not have this it cane take months for a new DBS to process.
2 Proofs of Address (Dated within the lat 3 months) Has to be a bank statement/HMRC letter combo
Vaccinations for Measles/Rubella/Mumps/TB(BCG)/Varicella (Can self declare)/Hep B, we send these off for a Fitness to Practice Certificate. If the candidate does not have these it can take months to sort out.
Clinical references for the entirety of work life, even if they h ave been working for 30 years...no gaps
Onsite Training & Online Modules (Including Basic Life Support)........


Thats just the basics......and alot of the time the Drs/Nurses are a pain to even contact let alone get the above.
