First gym session of 2021

Not bad could’ve been better I’m weak as hell RN, only did 4 exercises. 3 sets of 10-15 reps. At least it’s a start, been sitting around too much last year so trying to get back on track. But my gym requires masks on regardless of any level of physical activity

TLDR

“The New Normal”
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Fuark masks on at all times? In mine it can be taken off while at our workout area. Try looking into an Under Armour or Nike mask, more expensive but probably better breathability.

Yes hardly anyone had their masks off their face. If they did they were drinking water or just taking a short breather.

Even people doing cardio had them on, doesn’t seem safe if you ask me but whatever

Honestly I’m surprised that they haven’t closed in my neck of the woods
