Tradies what dust mask should i buy for concrete work? (200k reps)

Right now i've been using a normal face mask that people wear for the covid stuff.
But it doesn't completely seal around my face. I'm pretty positive i'm breathing in silica while mixing concrete, which can cause permanent lung damage in the long run.

I've done some googling and the 2 choices that pop up to me, are the disposable 3M dust masks.
And the half face masks.

I might be mixing concrete daily for the next month. So i rather buy the best thing to keep me safe.
Should i go for the half face mask or a full face mask? Are there specific filters to buy for them? any recommendations?

Not a tradie, but I’d get the bottom one. It will breath better and be more comfortable

Thanks! i think i will go for a full face one so my eyes are protected too. safety goggles just fog up.
