How old is too old for videogames..110 years old? 80?

As a child we were all watching cartoons all day in our free time. Then, in my case, playstation came along, and by the time ps2 came out we were gaming more than watching TV. Also computer gaming, but this has all happened before with the SNES generation, the atari kids but I dont know anything about that

What's old age gonna be like for gamers, are we all gonna go back to our TV sets at 65 and watch magnum PI. I would think its a done deal that most 30+ gamers will be gaming in their 40s and even early 50s. By the time we turn 100 I dont think we can keep up with that though.

Whats the future have in store..? Do we just trip out in our heads all day? Ive already started, is this how life makes it way around?

Only ever played fps on pc but I gave it up around 27 or so. Ultimate waste of time imo but I'm not gonna lie sometime I just want to shut the real world out and pwn some nubs

I quit regularly playing around the age of 24 or 25. Videogames just got too frustrating by then. I still like to play every once in a while, but nowadays I like to do something more productive; like read books, practice piano, or code apps/games.

You're never too old. I don't get why people think that it's a waste of time either. It's a hobby. So long as you do it in moderation, who cares whether or not it's the most productive use of your time. Not every waking moment has to be spent 'grinding'.

I’m an older gamer myself. I’ve never understood the stigma about it. Especially from someone who watches Netflix or golfs or does pretty much anything for entertainment/hobby.

As others have said, as long as you aren’t letting it consume you then there shouldn’t be any reason to look down on it. That goes for any age. I’ve always thought about it as in, it’s my free time and I’ll spend it doing whatever I like as long as it’s not a negative impact on anyone else.

It’s never too old. I’m in my 20’s but I’m super competitive so I stopped since I couldn’t play for hours and be good at it.

Everyone is completely missing the point. You cant DO ANYTHING at the age of 100 and by 80 you START TO LOSE ALL UR ENERGY

So by like 60 you would think you will be TOO OLD to play cause it wont be WORTH what little ENERGY you have


So knowing this, Are We All Going To Be Watching TV again?? Hopefully it is vastly different with cool game shows
