spent my 20s on welfare and never worked for longer than a month

10 years of drinking up tax payer money the day i heard of how to get on the system

i couldnt even believe they let me on when i was 20 years old i thought welfare was for fat old people only lol

never had to work at all and literally smoked dank and drank every cheque

got to bang a lot of hookers with the money too but normie girls think im trash but theyre basic anyways

Discuss.

How often on average did you have to suck the welfare officer’s cawk to get extensions on your welfare

Given how many other welfies he’d need to schedule in I’m thinking around once a week but keen for firsthand knowledge

Not going to lie--this subject triggers me. So I won't argue, I'll just try to...understand what kind of mindset does this.

Op, what is your direction in life and what brings you a sense of accomplishment?

Where do you derive your sense of self-worth from?

What are your top 3 most important values?

What are your coping mechanisms?

sepnt 18-23 being a neet, collecting my neetbux from the government($350 a week). Was the best time of life srs. No more school, just playing WoW, diablo3, CoD, counter strike all day, every day. Going to bed at 2am getting up at 11pm. Wish I could go back. My idea of heaven is going back and reliving those 5 years of my life over and over again

Incredible dude. That's twice as much as what I get. You put a real positive spin on something that was extremely nightmarish for me. An alcoholic loves to drink and there was a lot of satisfaction for me too but stigma nearly had me off the cliff a few times. There was really no option for me and seemingly is the case for a lot of young people these days in a world ran by boomers for boomers. I like how you call it neetbux, if you told me thats whats going on when I was 15 years old I think a lot of things would've made sense sooner.

Awful people make a city awful. Negative traits in general. Laziness is hardly a negative trait compared to selfishness and the rest of it. Although laziness isn't my negative trait. Thinking about it I don't really have a negative trait compared to these selfish narrowminded boomers. I'm too young and innocent at the tender age of 30-flat

Direction - nothing related to the working world i only care about myself not some "job" so i guess ill say sports

Sense of accomplishment - nothing related to the professional world, so i guess just setting new PBs

self-worth - people respecting me and telling me i look good (they either say im sexy or stupid)

values - honesty integrity and hardwork LOL JK saving money, being smarter and stronger than others, not
downgrading from my swag basement at my moms place when i move on

coping mechanism - discrediting academics, calling minor sports "puberty games", denying the existence of society and instead classifying such as a lawyers or politicians swindling term

Btw OP, what are your long term prospects? I assume you can't stay on welfare for the rest of your life. What will you do if you stop getting neetbux?

Laziness is probably the number one most negative trait you can have tbh

What makes a city awful is unemployed losers collecting tax dollars - please don’t tell me you identify as a conservative also cause that would be just too much

I have a lot of conservative values. For me laziness is one of the worst traits I can have, it's just who I am, but it's rare that this trait stands out very much in myself. To say people getting help is bad for the city is backwards and you should check your logic along the lines of what happens if we aren't getting help. If Toronto wasn't complete trash good people like me wouldn't fall into these pitfalls

If you are telling the truth, its great to meet someone that lives like this. SRS. With everything in life, there is balance. If everyone were a go-getter, then life would be really really tough to succeed in. I am thankful there are different people in the world, and I have no problem paying taxes towards the system to support others. I would prefer that the system were a bit more efficient but thats a deeper topic.

This . This and This.

I work in a young offenders care home. I have kids here who literally sleep, eat smoke weed and chit. They collect their allowances for the week and keep doing that crap. I have 0 respect for them and actually resent them. However, there are a few here who actually go out and do their biness and put some work in. I know they be selling drugs etc. but they put the phucking grind in. They wake early morning and come back late in the evening. Grafters. I have much more respect for the criminals than the bums who just chit everywhere eating tax payers money.

Strong victim mentality

Strong blaming your problems on everyone else and your environment

I honestly believe you’re trolling but yeah I wouldn’t consider handing out welfare checks so you can drink and smash hookers in your mothers basement “getting you help” - so what would happen if people like you weren’t “getting help”? you’d be forced to get up, apply to your local McDonald’s so you could fund your drinking and hooker smashing.

No....what would most likely happen is the crime rate would go up.
