How do you reduce water weight/bloating fast? (natty only)

I've been eating less overall and drinking more water but my stomach still looks and feels bloated, almost like I need to take a massive piss and deflate. Any tips to become more lean safely? Feels gross to feel so full even when hungry SRS.

Thanks brah. Is fruit okay since it's hydrating? I assume bread is no bueno for my goals.

less carbs, less salt, chug water like your life depends on it, drink coffee and more coffee, 16-34h fast and go for a run. you could add very hot showers/sauna to it
