Anyone ever have and then get over anxiety?

Had mild symptoms for a few years now but it’s been especially bad these past few months after health problems and a panic attack. Pretty freaky bodily sensations I’m getting now. I don’t want to take medication and am trying to cope better. But when it comes on its still hard to deal with.

Stress is a large factor. With the pandemic and increased stress it's brought a lot of people, there's a big increase in anxiety and depression. Depending where you are, winter can bring about both also with the shorter days and lack of sunlight.

Meditation can work wonders. CBT. Clean diet, proper sleep.
