Will we see more federal funds on sex change research?

Now that Democrats will have control of the House, Senate, and the Presidency, will we see more money allocated to research on sex change procedures?

Will we finally see a trans woman successfully give birth? A uterus transplant was unsuccessfully attempted in the Weimar Republic. Perhaps the Biden era will finally pioneer a new golden age of transgenderism with trans women becoming pregnant?

Also, do you think the federal government will keep red states in check that discriminate against transgender people?
