Hill sprints
Never done these before, or any cardio more intense than the stairmaster. Or any cardio at all in the last year. Anyone got a beginners program? Don't really want to die of a heart attack by pushing too hard too soon.

I would say take it easy, don't try going too hard.
Can hurt yourself sprinting too hard for your body.
Gotta remember sprinters are super conditioned to sprint, their ligaments and tendons can handle the force they're trying to exert.

running uphill reduces impact, which is good. you will burn out fast going uphill without having to sprint. try 70% speed uphill on a moderate slope for 15-20s and see how you feel after a few reps to start out with. 2-3x per week depending on what u want from them.
