How do liberals think Biden is going to fix “systemic racism “ srs

Let’s pretend systemic racism is real in 2021 (its not ) what is Biden going to do different to fix this issue other than blame Trump and the right .

There is nothing that can be done to fix a fake problem. Even if you ask hardcore libs what they are trying to accomplish, they won't be able to come up with any answers (except maybe for cops to stop killing black men, which isn't really an answer to systemic racism since cops kill more white men than black men).
