Get a crockpot. Throw meat and veggies in on Sunday and prepare a whole week of food. Portion the food into 7 days using Tupperware. Ez as pie. You will need a large crockpot. Not the small ones

Eat things that are filling and low Calories.

Get rice, but specifically brown rice due to better macros and vitamins, despite slightly higher Calories.
Black beans are good for low Calories, nutrients, and adding some extra filling.
Chicken and Turkey are probably the best leanest meats you can get, so would get that.
Look for a nice "low sodium" sauce to mix it all up with, can experiment with things like BBQ, Teriyaki, Orange, Whatever you find at a sauce isle in a store.

Then put it all together for meal prep. I'd do like 2 Cups worth of dry rice, 1 can of seasoned Black Beans, varying amounts of chicken/turkey breasts, and half a bottle of the sauce you choose. Put the correct portions of everything you're cooking into a macro tracker, and then divide by 4 or 5, since usually this equates to like 4 or 5 separate meals throughout the week for me.

Consider swapping out the chicken/turkey for eggs however you prefer to cook 'em. Saves on cooking time by a lot.

Consider adding in something like spinach, carrots, peas, corn, for extra vitamins.

As long as you aren't buying extra premium products, you'll likely find that each "meal" is close to 900 Calories, high in Protein, and less than $2. Pretty baller. Suck that McDonalds!
