I miss the culture more than anything, but gotta make it work. I picked up running since covid came, and I might join a running club or something to get that group setting.

All you need is 1 barbell & weights.
Bent over rows, deadlifts, back squats, front squats, snatch, clean 'n jerk, overhead press, (bench press), hang cleans, barbell curls, skullcrushers.

It's literally an investment for life.

you need at least some sort of weight bench, i tried to improvise with three of theseand a normal chair to put the barbell on

long story short i almost broke my back, and yes i thought it was a stupid idea before i did it, but said to myself... well fk it lets try it out

Workout at home then pressups etc or get some weights. Do what you can better than nothing
