I usually spend 3-4 minutes washing and 10-15 minutes in a fetal-esque position with my head against the wall, with the water running over my ears so I can't hear.

I have some of my best 'ah-ha' moments during this. Phenomenal approach to problem solving.

Every morning I take an excruciating hot shower (build up the heat from warm to almost unbearable) for about 20 minutes.
Cold showers don't work for me.

Post workout showers I'm in and out in 1 minute serious.

Usually takes me 10 minutes. But in the past, I did take longer showers...

People who take longer showers might be experiencing dissociation.
