Never understood it, my gym has some chick that will show up for a photo shoot every once in a while in high heels. The dude that follows her around and films is some scrawny asian that doesn't even lift. i really hope she pays him, otherwise he is the biggest cuck imagineable.

One of the reasons I don't have a gym membership is to avoid the type of social media retards who keep filming themselves or taking selfies.

It makes working out at home well worth it even though I'm limited with a certain amount of dumbbells.
