Do you ever get tired of being afraid?

Afraid of what other people might think
Afraid of failure
Afraid of meeting new people
Afraid of approaching new girls
Afraid of doing crazy stuff
Afraid of being yourself
Afraid of being afraid
Afraid of dying
Afraid of doing what you want
Afraid of anxiety


Do you ever get tired of being afraid all the time? I know I do. 2021 will be spent trying to be less afraid. Fukk this we only live once. I´m not gonna be afraid ever again. Less anxiety and less fear. I consider myself a pretty regular guy, and I think it´s very common to go through life being afraid, it´s something the majority experience a lot of, but I´m sick of it.

It’s crazy how people who have never experienced chronic anxiety realise how hellish it actually is. You can be sitting around playing video games and your heart will be racing and you feel like your chest is going to explode out of your mouth.

Yes, but I´m not only talking about strong anxiety. I´m also talking about that constant fear which you might have in the back of your mind. Something which isn´t always noticable. Something which hinders you from more freedom. A fear of dying, a fear of something going wrong.

Nothing wrong with being afraid but if you look at it in perspective, we're all gonna die no matter what. Might as well attack what life throws at you with no fear and no looking back.
