Is "immunocompromised" the new "gluten free"?

Serious. Every fat slob woman I see who is worried about masks and covid swears that they are somehow "immunocompromised" with zero explanation of how or why. I guess they don't realize that they are more likely to die from diabetes or heart disease than this overhyped flu virus.

My immune system is weaker post-pneumonia

I’m lucky though because I went in with very good oxygen saturation and lung efficient before I got sick

Prolly be back to full strength in a few months though

Really going to try and avoid any respiratory illness until then
