DOT (Dept of Transportation) vs private industry drug screens?
The DOT screen just tests for 5 substances of abuse. These are for people with a CDL, working for the railroad, working on pipelines, etc. Private industry screens tests for 9 or 10 substances of abuse. Why is the government screen so lax, when the private industry screen is more comprehensive?

I had a DOT office job where sometimes I would drive their vehicles. Never drug tested. I had a job selling cars. Drug tested. Government is and always has been a joke.
