Not goat milk cow milk. Gotta get the one that says original on it. Tastes like whole fat milk from a plump heffers udder!!

um..... puss is only in pre flavored chocolate milk generally lower quality brands. And it does not cause diabetes. There is hormone free milk but the hormones aren’t going to hurt you anyways

Goat's milk is actually pretty great once you get used to the funky taste.
I don't mind the alternatives, but real milk will always be the best
