Have any of you dealt with or seen any nonsense of the "do as I say but not as I do" shyt.

Owners of the company I work for talk to people about how they're not wearing the right type of mask or not wearing it the right way. Then when they're behind closed doors they take the masks off. If anyone needs to be wearing them all the time I would think it would be them in case one of them is "asymptomatic" am I right?!
