The most bitter pill

Time to swallow, misc. If you're a manlet (under 6'), there is no point to lifting for the purpose of attracting women. More mass will only make you look shorter, and it makes you look like you're desperate and compensating, which is repulsive.

I'm 5'7" and looked best when I was around 20 and lean, but athletic and toned, which requires weight training. That look works really well and you go after those busty petite 4'11" chicks.

I agree that bulking up like the Hulk when you're a manlet is suicide.
