The title in the original website says that Gates/Soros/Rockefeller fundation are responsible for the Virus, the attached file and the body dont mention any of them in the letter.

Sounds like a Hoax post to drive visits

Edit: I googled it and basically a guy who was under house arrest and awaiting trial claimed that he should be set free as his legal process is "frozen" until the COVID pandemic is over. His lawyers claimed in that deposition that the COVID was managed by Bill Gates, etc and that his rights have been affected by them.

hmm seems like you're right. A local court said something, and now a higher court is investigating it... but it doesn't make more sense than that
