Indifference towards family

Maybe because I grew up without any close relatives except brother, mother and father, but I feel indifferent towards dying/sick/missing family members.

My uncle is MIA in the sh*thole Venezuela, my cousin also. I both met them once, yet I feel nothing kowing they are probably dead.

Anyone else got this empty feeling towards family you maybe met once or twice or that you have little/no contact?

Same with me. Blood doesn’t mean **** in the grand scheme of things. I have aunts and uncles I’ve never met, they certainly aren’t my family.
