Sex drive decrease since pandemic/isolation/working from home.

Sup brahs,

Has anyone else`s sex drive completely plummet since all this pandemic shiet?

Its been 9 months since I've been working from home, and I pretty much stopped thinking or caring about sex. In fact I don't even have the urge to fap or look at porn anymore. In contrast my girl sex drive has gone through the roof, she would pretty much **** everyday if possible.

I think my testosterone had lowered like hell, this might be due to a couple of factors. I have not lifted weights in over 9 months, due to obvious reasons, and I'm dead tired of doing bodyweight exercises out using pussy ass bands, also I feel depressed most of the time, then again, this also might related with the decrease in testosterone. I also am working/living in a country which has **** weather 24/7 so my motivation to go out is also low af.

And finally, the most obvious reason, I think, not seeing, or interacting with other females, on an everyday basis, due to working from home/quarantine, etc.

Does anyone else know these feels? There must be some scientific correlation that would explain these, I cant be the only one experiencing this shiet.

Would love the input of some female miscers as well

I think testosterone is improved by actually going outside and doing productive stuff whether that be mackin' on sloots, socializing with other people, and having a good time

Go outside more. Humans are not meant to be trapped inside all day.

Do you think you could be vitamin D deficient? That deficiency would contribute to the issues you are experiencing. Spending time outdoors in natural sunlight every day is ideal, but light therapy & supplements will help, too.
