How often do you submit a ticket for refunds on Skip?

Ordered some Thai Tuk Tuk this fine afternoon, however they give me a can of pop instead of bottled. Also, the meat in the rice bowls was kinda skimpy.

So I requested a refund and got 16/40 dollars back
