Atlanta has turned into such a chit hole. You live in the area? Maybe I have rose tinted glasses but I miss Atlanta but I never lived in the city but I lived in many of the suburbs of it.

I feel it's culturally diverse and a beautiful city but every time I go back the traffic is brutal and I can see the landscape and demographics change.

I debate whether or not I want to move back eventually since I have so much family there

Nah just know people and have visited a lot. I was really talking about the city more than the suburbs. Some of the burbs are still really awesome especially Cobb county. The traffic is beyond nightmarish. I don't think I could even live in the burbs if I had to drive into the city

The two of them sound like idiots.

Each of them as some pretty decent points but are so stuck in them that they refuse to see the merit in the other.

KS laid out 6 qualities that a "high value man" should have. One of them is his income should be 100k. This is just some arbitrary number than he decided on in his arbitrary definition of what makes a man high value.

The girl, quite reasonably asked what happens if man is exceptional in 5 categories, but makes 70k a year, as opposed to 100k. Why is he not high value? I would say he is. But KS is so narcissistic that he can't give any merit to his opponents point whatsoever. He just tells her this guy is not high value because he makes "only 70k".


The issue the young lady has is much more obvious and stated already in here so I'll not go into that one.

Kevin is pretty dogmatic, as mentioned, on his criteria. I think he is harsh in that regard but he also does it to set realistic standards to people to get what they can afford in terms of lifestyle with a partner.

What she described seemed to be some guy with a good sense of community, values, maybe lived in a smaller city and overall a man of value. I agree.

In Kevin's mind he believes that high value men only inhabit large "alpha level" cities in the world so they wouldn't be there. I agree with somewhere in the middle but I feel like the girl is a bit naive and pushing this idea that capitalism=bad while she's living lofty herself. Her being 23 and him being 50 I'd say he has more knowledge and experience on the subject.

Did you watch the video? He says you have to adjust on location within the first couple of minutes.

Also he goes over why 70k vs 100k is different, because women have said so. How many times have women said "I want a six figure man"? All the time, don't ever hear I want a five figure man. Missing the forest for the trees here.

Women go for high quality guys, thats a fact. The easiest way to gauge a man's quality is to analyze the money he makes, how he makes it, how long has he been making it, etc. All those things are quantifiable and cant be acted.

**** like integrity, loyalty, honesty, etc that is easy to act, and the truth comes down with the years of knowing a person. Those are important too but those come later.


Same for looks when it comes to women. "Oh but im a good woman, im honest, i offer companionship yadda yadda". The fundation of human race isnt "companionship", men dont go out looking for women that would look like good companionship lmao. That comes later.


Every woman that has called his show talks about money, and demands a man of high income, thats just the way it is. High quality is top 10% in KS's criteria, and money is the easiest way to gauge that.

I loved how she thought the reason her dad provided for his family was because he was “inundated by a capitalistic society” and not because he wanted her to be able to have choices that people in poverty don’t.
