wtf is the point? are you walking around shirtless all day? And when you finally get your shirt off are you approaching every girl and getting numbers or something? fuk no you aren't
I am borderline athletic on my frame, 6'1 but average to narrow shoulders (luckily have tiny waist) and average to smallwrists. I used to be shreds but weighed 165ish at 7 or 8%. looked full auschwitz with clothes on
got to 195 at 12 or 13% and get wayyyyy more compliments and actually looked like I lift in clothes. Still have some abs it's not all gone
that being said
if you are naturally fuking big, like 6'1 and up with good shoulders. by all means, be as lean as fuk, good on you.

15% or less is idea for most. if you like to go to the beach alot why look like chit?

Claviclecel checking in, op is correct, with the caveat that you need to maintain your abs so you still have something going when the shirt does come off or at the beach or whatever
