Which MAG lat pull down for max sarcomere recruitment?

If one only had money enough for one of these which would you get? If you had money for two, which would you get?
I've read that wide grip overhand is the best, but I wanted to see which one y'all favored.

I know y'all are busy trying to figure out which serial killer to make sweet love to, but I would sincerely appreciate an answer. Poverty reps till I'm out.

Wide neutral and if you get 2, some other variant of wide. Eventually if you max out the stack at wide, you'll have to go to weighted pullups.

I've used the the close, medium and wide and I prefer the medium grip neutral.

Actually it could have been medium grip supinate. Can't be 100% sure as it just recently went missing from the gym.

I don't use their stuff. But I have a dozen attachments or more, and these are the three that I use the most:

The first one is the exact one, and the second and third are as close as I could find.

I also have a standard triceps rope that we use occasionally too. But between the strap and the wide grip bar, I can do pretty much anything I need to do with those.

Lol yeah that **** really rustles my jimmies as that was my favorite back attachment.

And of course, this is the misc, where we all have 22" dicks flaccid after getting out of a freezing cold pool.

Yeah, and reportedly many of the women are well endowed as well. Miscers hahaha!
There was an absolute BEAST at my gym wearing a MAG hat. I think he brought his own lat pull down to the gym and just let everyone use it while he was there. That's how I got to try it out. Let's hope that was the case at your gym too. So not cool to steal anything from anyone at a gym. Srs. Gym has to be for lawful people only.

I would just get a traditional wide Y attachment. Not a fan of mag personally

My gym has all of these and I gotta say I prefer the wide grip for pulldowns personally. I felt like my lats have grown better and my grip is better too.

If I had to get two, I'd do Wide Grip and Close Grip Supinate
