Real estate Investment questions (srs)

I have a 6 bedroom house that the morgage is about 3.2k a month.

I want to rent out the rooms at an avg $900 a month. Obvious the master bedroom is going to be more maybe 1200 and a small room 900

Keep in mind this is miami in a nice area.

Where do you post to get tenants?

I’m near a big university as well.

are there seperate entrances for each? sounds like complete AIDS with people coming back/forth through one door/sharing space unless you are leasing to a group of friends from the local university. Then you have to deal with with those little fckers messing up your house/having parties etc

I throw mine up on marketplace. I'm not in Miami either though.

The good thing about that is you can take a look at their profile and get a general idea of who you're renting to. Or not renting to rather.
