PPL Routine do you guys alternate body parts?
For example on Push day do you alternate between chest/shoulder/tri workouts such as 1. Bench 2. OHP 3. DB Bench 4. DB Press
OR do you bucket them together like 1. Bench 2. DB Incline Bench 3. OHP 4. DB Shoulder Press?
OR do you bucket them together like 1. Bench 2. DB Incline Bench 3. OHP 4. DB Shoulder Press?

I'd do one push day with more emphasis on chest and the next do more emphasis on shoulders.

The first one would allow your chest to rest while doing shoulders and vice versa

Alternating should allow you to lift a little more weight but it doesn't really matter that much. Try both and see which one you enjoy more

P1 BB Bench -> OHP -> DB Incline -> skullcrushers/laterals/face-pulls/maybe dips/rear delts
P2 OHP -> BB Bench -> DB Incline -> skullcrushers/laterals/face-pulls/maybe dips/rear delts
Can be fun to swap P2 benches with Incline BB and DB flat too.
