The hairline looks fake as phuck in my opinion, probably something you get in a clinic in Istanbul

Are hair transplants only good for guys with receded hairlines? I never hear about guys with diffuse thinning getting one.

I usually see that most people that get them it doesn’t look good and or they end up losing it again. I think your better off just using a hair system or consider pigmentation for the bald stubble look.

if you dont take fin you will lose every thing you didn't get transplanted and itll look silly af, and you dont have enough transplatable follicles to cover the whole top of your head

if you have an issue with fin, forget a transplant. just give up, shave it, and try not to rope yourself
