Night routine for smooth bowel movement in the morning.




Mix both of those together and water, it's pretty tasty.

The ACV combines well with the psyllium fiber powder and makes it taste good.
I'm not a fan of mixing ACV with water and downing that stuff, it gets old real quick.

Good question OP. I personally find that vegetable soups work well.

I've found the best thing you can do is drink a chit ton of water throughout the day. I usually stop after dinner so I don't have to get up more than once in the night, if at all.

what is something good to take so you poop at night? so u don't feel bloated in the morning or gotta wake up @ 3am to go poop.
