Airborne and Alka Seltzer are legit
Had a sinus infection last week. Drank some Alka Seltzer and Airborne and felt much better in under two hours.
Airborne is just a mega dose of vitamin C and Zinc and Alka Seltzer has aspirin and a couple of other things that work in tandem.
