Tips for not catching a cold:

1) dress warm
2) don't eat fast food

I don't drink water either, just milk and juice... and I guess tea

Where do you live? I couldn't function where I'm at without a mask it's a requirement to do anything. You'd have to hunt your own food or order nothing but delivery/takeout
