How do you run your Super Bowl betting pool?

There are normally 15-20 people at my house for a Super Bowl party. I do the 10x10 grid and sell squares for $5. Then fill in the random numbers 0-9 on both sides. I pay the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th quarter and final score last digits. Winning square gets $60. The squares directly above, below, left and right get $10. That's 25 payoffs. Most people generally get back about the same that they betted.
