Do incels really think it’s possible to go from average to chad looks?

Just from changing your diet and exercise? I mean if you’re ugly at 20% bf then you’re probably won’t be too far off at say 10% bf and jacked.


Fat cannot hide good facial aesthetics, period.
Show me at least one person who went from ugly to handsome af just from losing weight.

I mean if you’re a 5/10 then maybe you could become a 6 if you drop from 20% to 8% bodyfat. But honestly if you have the right facial features, you’d have to be literally obese before they’re hidden by fat.

Well I’m just really curious because I read facial aesthetic transformation threads where guys claim to suddenly have a chiseled face after dropping down to 8% body fat. I mean sure their will be a difference going from my body fat but these guys act like 20% body fat will kill their facial aesthetics.

I can see a 2 point improvement from say 35% bf to 10%, but just a small difference from 20 to 10% is hardly going to yield a 2 point increase.

And even then going from a 6 to 8 or 7 to 9 isn’t going to be a big change in sexual attraction

Dont really agree, lower bf % can have a drastic impact on your face, sure ok u might not turn into Chad, but I believe you can go from a 3-4 to 6-7.
