My employer is cool with it, they were not for a while though luckily I never got popped. Here in OK only hazardous industry and healthcare are not exempt for the most part.

Corporate policies don't care about MMJ.

Even in legal states, I think legislation has to be introduced making it illegal to not hire based off a positive test.
