was watching some asian hbbs on twitch and they have higher pitched voices.

Plenty of western women don't have deep voices. It's pretty rare for me to hear a woman with a deep voice.

He's probably not talking as deep as a man just way deeper than usual.

I've noticed it too and it's probably from the same thing they're putting in the water that's turning the frogs gay

Lol I know he's not talking about as deep as men. At work there were a couple women who had deeper voices, but I'd say most have higher voices.
