No OP, popcorn does not have any protein so its not healthy
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

I buy these on Amazon. I make them at home, on the stove. Just heat some oil, add the popcorn, then wait for the popping. I add a small amount of salt. No butter

It's just corn, so it can't be unhealthy.

I would call popcorn neutral. It's a lot healthier than other things you can munch on while watching movies or tv. Eating a bag of popcorn is much better than eating a bag of potato chips or gummy worms or some other chit. But I wouldn't call it "healthy".

Popcorn is technically a fruit. So yes. It is healthy OP.
Everything depends upon execution; having just a vision is no solution.

Performance and performance alone dictates the predator in any food chain.
