If someone is retarded enough to think they can vote via text message because they saw a meme on the internet, then we're better off without that person voting.

The guy's twitter page was littered with Pro Trump and right wing content. There were no black Hillary voters following him, it was posted for laughs. It's not like he had a twitter profile pretending to be a Democrat to gain black voters trust. And even if someone did that, I still wouldn't care because people need to take some personal responsibility regarding voting. If you see this meme, maybe do a quick google search asking if you can vote via text. I hate this trend of catering everything to the lowest class of people and acting like we should do ridiculous things to ensure nothing stops retards from voting.

“Faces up to X years” is always clickbait. How many times have you seen the headline, “black man faces up to 40 years for marijuana possession” but then only gets probation or something.

The maximum sentences for this crime is 10 years, the judge is still going to look at context. Some random dude posting a stupid meme isn’t going to get 10 years
