Why just ankles? Get yourself a weighted vest to wear all day

This reminds me of when I was 10 and thinking wearing weighted **** all day would make me like a dragonball character.

Running with weights and wearing them all day is dumb as ****, its just going to fuk up your joints and spine(if a vest). not to mention being uncomfortable as fuk and just getting in the way

leave the weights for when your actually performing exercises. Ankle weights have a small niche of adding more resistance to exercises such as hanging leg lifts or dragon flies. The fact that your asking this question though tells me your not nearly at that advanced level where you'd even need them for the resistance on those lifts which can be difficult with BW alone.

dumb idea. you'll f**k up your posture and/or hurt yourself with no appreciable gain. lift actual weights and do a little cardio regularly instead.

I use to use them for pull ups and chin ups. I guess a poor mans weighted pull up? I don’t recall learning or hearing about it before that, it wAs just something I started to do one workout and then weekly.

Edit: oh and on the Dip Station too I recall. Good times.
