Rate last night dinner/10

After a 24hr Water fast (black coffee was consumed)

-Broiled baby lobbies...they were on sale
-Spinach and vegs w/ crib made lemon ginger vinaigrette. Topped with hand shredded(lol) jalapeno white cheddar cheese
-Daily serving of my famous gainz stew (Beef and Guinness broth w/ Veggies and a few baby taters)

Probably only like 1,100-1,300 cals. Most calories coming from the vinaigrette.










Copenhagen for seasoning


Doing salmon tonight

It was expected, but they we're only like 6 bucks for two 4oz tails. Came out to bout 2oz a pop probably.
