Shout out to grilled cheese. Melty, crunchy, savory. It only gets no respect becuase the ingredients are cheap a.f.

If grilled cheese cost as much as lobster to make people would treat it as a delicacy, FACTS.

When I used to smoke too much, my GO TO snack was a grilled cheese with some caramelized onions thrown in there, if I had any in the fridge.


As for the GOAT sandwich, I'd have to go with sausage, egg and cheese sandwich brah. On a biscuit, hnnnnnngg

Best of both worlds.....

Bacon, Egg and cheese and the grill it like a grilled cheese.
Load it with cheese and grill it slow at a low heat so the cheese melts into the bacon and eggs and toasts the bread but doesn't burn it.

Real cheese too.
Not the poverty chit cheese slices in the plastic wrappers.


Done this before and it's 10/10 boyos.

Real cheese just isn't as good in this concoction as process cheese. Real talk

Cooper Sharp or other sharp cheddar american process cheese only

If you use ham as the meat, sharp prov is good

i take every chance i can to chit on jersey but if we're talking about BEC on a roll(not a bagel), they do it just as good in north jersey
