business owners are the worst customers lmao

i do some customer support emails here and there for my business and from what ive experienced, the rudest customers will always somehow end up saying that they own a business in one way or another (to somehow prove a point???)

you'd think that as business owners they'd understand that being nice to customer support will help them get what they want faster lmao

but such is life
