rate my haggis *******s [pic]

for those unaware Haggis (Scottish Gaelic: taigeis) is a savoury pudding containing sheep's pluck (heart, liver, and lungs), minced with onion, oatmeal, suet, spices, and salt, mixed with stock, and cooked while traditionally encased in the animal's stomach




traditionally served with mashed potato and mashed turnip doesint look great but tastes good boyos

Never tried it. I've ventured to Scotland numerous times with the family, but never indulged in that particular cuisine. It looks like it would be very rich and flavoursome.

I ate some at an irish/scottish bar one time. It was pretty decent srs. Needs a lot of spices to cope with the flavor of the organ meat.
