A RESOLUTION

DECLARING THE MEMBERS OF THE MARICOPA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN CONTEMPT OF THE ARIZONA SENATE.

Be it resolved by the Senate of the State of Arizona:

That Jack Sellers, Steve Chucri, Bill Gates, Clint Hickman and Steve Gallardo, members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, are in contempt of the Arizona Senate for failing to comply with a subpoena executed by the President of the Arizona Senate and the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee relating to the November 2020 general election in Maricopa County.

That the members of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors have not complied with the subpoenas issued on December 1, 2020 and January 12, 2021 and have repeatedly and willfully delayed and obstructed a vital and duly authorized investigation by the Arizona Senate.

That the President of the Arizona Senate take all legal action pursuant to section 41-1153, Arizona Revised Statutes, to enforce the subpoena.

That a copy of this Resolution, signed by the President of the Senate and countersigned by the Secretary of the Senate, be forwarded to the Senate Sergeant-at-arms.

I don't know what grandmothers have to do with a forensic third-party audits with full public disclosure and transparency.

This is about getting data and presenting it to the public so everyone can stop fighting with each other and if that's not something you can get behind then I don't know what tell you.


This should be the end of the debate. No one will be able to dispute these findings. There aren't any better audits then this and there hasn't been a forensic third-party audit yet in any county despite what the media told you. Every audit for the 2020 thus far has been conducted by two companies that are owned by dominion and none of them were forensic.

It's an internal political power struggle. It has zero impact on the results, integrity, the future of the country, the pursuit of absolute truth, etc.

These guys are jockeying for position and future paths to power/wealth. That's it. It has nothing to do with us.

Bruh I'm a retired sys admin. You can't hide what they are accusing in a forensic examination. There are tools to recover data from machines unless you really scrub it and if you scrub it then there's no data on the machine at all, it won't have an operating system to boot to and that would be red-handed for destruction of evidence.

That's why a third-party forensic investigation is important. There have been no forensic examinations of any dominion voting machines ever. Not in 2020, not in 2016, not in 2012. Every audit has been a non-forensic one.

I'll 100% trust the results of this audit on the integrity of the voting machines as long as they make the third-party auditing company public after the results. The community for penn-testing(forensic IT investigators) is really small, there are only a few companies nationwide with the expertise and i've worked with some of them in security evaluations. They can get into everything too, they're really good. You can't stop these guys if you give them the machines.

They will find something if there is something to be found.

So just let it go?

Supervisor Jack Sellers...said state law bars the release of the ballots, and if the Senate wants them, it should convince a judge to allow access.

And the county said state law and its contract with vendor Dominion Voting Systems may prohibit it from turning over tabulation machines.

Sounds like it'll be up to a judge to interpret the statute - the actual law passed bybothhouses of the state legislature - as the Republican chair of the board said.

If it doesn't happen then were back to square one. No one can trust anything because they wont let anyone investigate. Let a third-party company conduct a real forensic investigation on this thing. Then everyone can shut the fuk up.


They'll only let the people who work for dominion audit the dominion voting machines. I'm sorry but this will never be credible to me. It's obvious to everyone what they're doing. I will not trust any audit that Sen Warren didn't approve because as an IT professional I saw fake audits all the time.

Senate rules, which can only be waived with a two-thirds vote of the chamber, require a resolution to be read three times on separate days before a final vote. The chamber is adjourned on Friday, meaning the earliest a vote could take place would be Monday. Given the likelihood that all 14 Senate Democrats will vote against it, the resolution would require the unanimous vote of the Republican caucus to pass.

So looks like next week?? All 16 Republicans sponsored the bill so I assume the rules are just a formality.

On General Waldon who is apparently a key witness in this Arizona chit going down and was referred to by name in reports earlier.

He's actually a colonel.
He is OPSEC (A guy who is really good with computers) - If he's truly OPSEC then he is a god among computers. Alot of people throw OPSEC around but there are only a few in our country and their role is to hack into enemy intelligence networks to see if they have hacked into us. They also reverse engineer enemy malware to see where it came from, where it sends data too and how to get into their data servers.

They have never let him or his team forensically examine a dominion voting machine. But he wants to really bad.

I think we should let him. This is a video from his PA testimony(suppressed by media). I expect his AZ testimony to be out soon.



He testified that up to 1.9m votes in Arizona are fraudulent and up to 1.2m in PA.
