Once in the morning after coffee.

If I eat takeout or carbs or anything else I shouldn't, 3-4 times. I lived my life like that for years and didn't realize that pooping multiple times a day wasn't something that had to be that way.

The COO of a company I used to work for was a health nut, and apparently prided himself on 1 chit per day.

When people excused themselves from meetings to go to the bathroom, he told them to get their bowels under control, funny as fuk, some arrogant little jewish dude telling people they chit too much.
