If I'm addicted to OSRS again I'd probably say that. Same with WoW.

Thought on this deeper. Final answer is World of Warcraft. Reason being is every 1-2 years they release a new expansion, and this keeps things fresh. OSRS gets boring faster than WoW ever could with its expansions. Multiplayer match based games like CoD get boring. Fallout New Vegas, even with its mods on PC, would get boring. At least a new expansion in WoW gives major diversity.

MMORPG's are time sinks, anything else is only cool in bursts or in very short sessions over time. Theres people who have been playing MMO's for over a decade 6+ hours a day, ive raided and been in guilds with plenty, they spend as much time on the game as they do at work. Its honestly not a bad life either tons of endorphins and things to look forward to.
