Anyone claimed disability from their work benefits?

The disability manager got in touch with me after I had covid symptoms.

I've worked there since April 2019, any chance I can get the payouts? Worked in the lumber mill and still got allergies.

Seeing a doctor next month but dealt with this before.

Last time I stopped my drop treatments after 1.5 years and didn't get to finish it.

Now it looks like the course is 3 years... which means I should be entitled to some type of disability payments?
